The History
Jeanne Coughlin was only 30 years old when she started the Coughlin Group, Inc., building on her career as a top sales producer with a Fortune 100 company and running an entrepreneurial support organization for high-growth companies.
For the past 26 years, Jeanne has been a consultant helping small businesses get the right things done while specializing in helping family and women owned businesses.
A Certified Professional Behavior Analyst, she uses assessments to help business owners engage their team and get clarity on the right things. Jeanne has been recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business Notable Women in Entrepreneurship, 2019
Results
Jeanne currently works with privately held and family businesses that range from one to $25 million in annual revenues. This includes helping clients create their One Page Plans, facilitating monthly plan review meetings and executive coaching. One Page Plans have provided more opportunities to work with clients on a monthly retainer, so Jeanne is less subject to the whims of project-only based engagements.
