Results

Jeanne currently works with privately held and family businesses that range from one to $25 million in annual revenues. This includes helping clients create their One Page Plans, facilitating monthly plan review meetings and executive coaching. One Page Plans have provided more opportunities to work with clients on a monthly retainer, so Jeanne is less subject to the whims of project-only based engagements.

Jeanne relates… “Currently I have four clients who have been renewing their One Page licenses for five years or more, producing reliable revenue for my business. The virtual nature of One Page Plans have made it possible for me to work with clients across the United States and connect the work of diverse team members in multiple locations.”

According to Jeanne, “Having a consistent planning & performance management methodology has meant that I spend less time ‘re-inventing the wheel’ for each client engagement, leaving more time for me to focus on my client’s needs. The One Page Business Plan has helped me by providing a simple framework that creates transformative change for my clients and a more consistent revenue stream for me.”

Jeanne has built a successful and sustainable business and since becoming a licensee, she can attribute over six figures of revenue to work that involves One Page Business Plan implementations.
